Estonia Approves Project of Agreement to Avoid Double Taxation with Azerbaijan

05. juuni 2008  Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend Capital / Estonia ratifies the Agreement to avoid the double taxation with Azerbaijan, which was signed between the countries during the visit of Urmas Paet, Estonian Foreign Minister, to Baku on 30 October 2007. The project of the agreement was approved by the government and submitted to the Parliament for consideration, ITAR-TASS , reported.

According to the news-conference of Estonian Cabinet of Ministers, the document came into force after the mutual notification of the sides to fulfill all the corresponding domestic procedures. The aim of the agreement is a mutual protection of investments, as well as to avoid double taxation of private persons and enterprises.
